• All conference participants must complete the registration form and make 100% advance payment.

• Registration is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• We reserve the right to cancel a registration if fraudulent information is provided.

4. Cancellation and Substitution

• No refunds will be provided once a registration has been completed.
• If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

Optima Convene reserves the right to:

• Change the conference date, location, agenda, speakers, or format due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancel an event, in which case a credit or reschedule will be offered.

We will notify participants via email of any significant changes.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if they violate event rules or disrupt proceedings.

7. Intellectual Property

All conference content, materials, and media are the property of Optima Convene or its partners. No material may be recorded, copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
